What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and both QuickBooks Online and Desktop (Enterprise).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile personal and corporate credit cards monthly.
  • Efficiently process accounts payable and manage accounts receivable collections.
  • Oversee PTO balances and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations.
  • Manage fixed assets, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization entries, while maintaining accurate files and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing necessary government reports.
  • Maintain records for the annual audit and support in special financial report preparation.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly, daily, and weekly financial reports by analyzing and summarizing account data and trends.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Bookkeeping and Data Entry.
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to effectively manage Month End Close procedures.
  • Proven expertise in handling Payroll.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
