Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
- Active Bar Admission in Virginia(link removed)>
- 15 years of substantive litigation experience.
- Background in labor and employment litigation preferred, but general civil litigation backgrounds will be considered(link removed)>
- Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment disputes and compliance matters(link removed)>
- Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
