- Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and managing financial risks to keep the project within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including construction managers, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and clear communication.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contract Administration: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and resolving any disputes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues related to safety, project delays, and unforeseen changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and overseeing quality control processes.
- Project Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience with ground-up builds at $10+m
- Wood frame construction experience
- Positive attitude and a growth mindset
- Degree in construction management is a plus!
- Industry leading base salary (110-130k)
