• Oversee daily site operations for the Coney Island hospital project.
• Manage renovations and ground-up construction while ensuring hospital operations continue smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including hospital administrators, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management software to track progress and ensure project timelines are met.

• 7-10 years of experience as a lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
• NYC Superintendent license, OSHA 10/30/40, SST Card required.
• Healthcare or modular construction experience essential.

• Infectious Disease Control certification preferred.
