Job Description- Direct all on-site activities, managing schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and updates to ensure clear communication with clients and project managers.
- Build strong client and subcontractor relationships, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and client expectations.
- Lead project meetings and problem-solve to keep projects on track and within scope.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is highly organized, and experienced in commercial interiors. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and timelines effectively are essential. Familiarity with Procore and related project management software is preferred, along with a professional approach to client interactions.
