Job Description- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive renewable energy, waste and recycling programs with large food and beverage manufacturers.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- In person client meetings, and long term relationship building.
- Provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication with the marketing department.
- Work closely with the management team to create strategic plans to enhance client services and boost sales.
- Coordinate with the finance team on contract negotiations.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Work in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department.

The Successful Applicant- Proven sales experience in the waste, recycling or renewable energy environment.
- Experience selling to large food and bev manufacturers.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Strong business acumen and good technical knowledge of Food and Beverage products.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 USD + commission plan
