Job Type: Contract | Location: Onsite, 4 days a week (Atlanta)

Overview:

We are seeking a Communications Specialist to develop and implement communication strategies that ensure the brand’s voice and message are consistently delivered across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal and external communications, creating content that aligns with company objectives and values.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Write and edit content for various internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and press releases.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage communications related to corporate announcements, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to craft messages and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor and report on communication campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate writing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of communication channels, both digital and traditional.
• Ability to work with senior management to communicate effectively within the organization.
• Proficient in project management and content management systems.
