We are seeking a dynamic, professional Accounting Clerk to handle various accounting functions in our client's San Diego,CA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in daily accounting tasks
  • Record and verify financial transactions, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate Generally Accepted Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process accounts payables and receivables as needed.
  • Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain documentation in an organized manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or related software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
