Diesel Technician
Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm $34-39 an hour- based on experience and tenure Resume required
salary: $34 - $39 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- Miinimum of 4 years of experience in a Diesel Technician role
- Inspect trucks to ensure that they are in proper working condition
- Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery
- Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose
- Repair and troubleshot of major components such as engine, transmission, and differentials
- Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services
- Maintain work area appearance and safety
- Diesel repairs, service & diagnostics
- Servicing customers
- Diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
- Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards
