Accounting Clerk

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Woodland, California. The position will involve working within the accounting industry, with a focus on account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of invoices accurately and promptly
• Undertake data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correct and up to date
• Manage accounts payable (AP) functions, including payment processing and record keeping
• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) activities, including invoice creation and payment collection
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure financial data accuracy
• Manage billing operations, ensuring all bills are sent out and paid on time
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Competence in Billing Processes
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Skilled in Invoice Processing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks software
