  • Preferred knowledge of Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiar with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with Banner Ads would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Computer Programs is essential
  • Understanding of CRM systems highly desirable
  • Knowledge of About Time software beneficial
  • Ability to Answer and handle inquiries professionally
  • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
  • Able to perform Billing Functions accurately
  • Experience in performing Clerical Duties in a manufacturing setting
