Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Purchasing & Logistics Executive, you'll be a key player in supporting global sales teams with the procurement of parts at competitive costs while ensuring timely delivery to end-users. Your responsibilities will include:

Negotiating and purchasing parts, reviewing acknowledgments, and following up on overdue orders
Monitoring and replenishing minimum inventory levels to maintain stock
Identifying and securing freight solutions, and approving freight invoices
Managing non-conformities, customer returns, and overseeing exchange, repair, and AOG orders
Handling customs clearances and related inquiries
Coordinating with the sales, warehouse, and finance teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
