Accounts Receivable Clerk - San Diego

• Perform high-volume data entry of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Post and process credit card payments from clients and debtors in accordance with firm policies.
• Accurately enter payment details into ProLaw to maintain up-to-date client billing records.
• Assist in reviewing and updating client payment records to support accurate financial reporting.
• Work closely with the accounting team to resolve data discrepancies or payment issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal industry standards for handling sensitive financial information.
• Support additional data entry and administrative tasks as assigned to assist the firm’s financial operations.
• Strong proficiency in high-volume data entry and 10-key typing with a low error rate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
• Ability to navigate accounting and billing software (ProLaw experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to handle confidential legal and financial information with discretion.
• Prior experience in a legal, financial, or professional services setting is a plus.
