Quality Technician - Assembly
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong technical background in electro-mechanical systems. You’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and has a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
This individual is familiar with the assembly process and testing of electro-mechanical systems, detail oriented and has petience to go through a complex assembly looking for defects, able to communicate to individual contributors as well as supervisors and managers concerning defects on mechanical systems.
This position is primarily responsible for the insoection of elecctro-mechanical assemblies to verify they meet the designated insepction criteria and workmanship standards. If this sounds like you, then I would love to chat. Please apply today.

Responsibilities- Inspect electro-mechanical assemblies to doucmented requirements
- Document amy violations to Workmanship Stadars or inspection critieria
- Verify correction of any violations or defects prior to the shipment of the module
- Maintain proper documentation of the inspections, corrections, and quality notifications
- Train new or junior technicians to perform critical to quality tasks
- Implement containment actions within the production line to ensure outgoing product does not contain defective meterial.
- Assist with identifying projects to prevent discrepant material leading to scrap or rework
- Be a voice of Quality on the production line
