E-Billing Manager

Responsibilities
E-Billing Management:
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of e-bills across multiple e-billing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines, promptly addressing any discrepancies or rejections.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing issues effectively.
Billing Operations:
- Manage the entire e-billing cycle, including invoice generation, review, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing to clients.
- Supervise the billing team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze billing reports to monitor the firm’s revenue and billing efficiency.
- Identify trends and potential areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize the billing process.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries.
