A global manufacturer located in Manheim, PA is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the collection of data used to track company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). They will review current systems to ensure data adequacy and usability, making revisions or implementing new data collection methods as needed.
Will also review inspection methods and processes, ensuring they provide an accurate representation of collected data and implementing improvements where necessary. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the collection of data used to track company KPIs; Review current data systems for adequacy and usability, making revisions or implementing new methods as needed; Analyze collected data to determine if KPIs are meeting requirements; implement corrective actions if necessary; Review and improve processes to ensure alignment with quality requirements, customer expectations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Create reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations to communicate data and analysis results effectively; Write and review work instructions, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Job Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering; 5+ years' experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment with experience in electronics assembly, testing, fabrication; Obtain or possess certification for ISO 9001 2015 Lead Auditor certification.
