Champion Windows is seeking an outgoing and reliable Entry Level Field Marketing Representative to schedule hurricane resistant window and door replacements, bathroom remodeling, and roofing inspections/appointments with homeowners. Transportation is provided to local and surrounding areas.No experience necessary; PAID TRAINING (classroom and in the field). Career Advancement in the first 90 days. Responsibilities:
- Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness through face-to-face marketing.
- Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free product demonstration.
- Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships.
- Schedule inspections with homeowners.
Qualifications:
- Face to face marketing experience.
- Industry and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Confident, competitive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Results oriented professional who creates a track record of success and wants to grow in the industry.

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission- based compensation structure.
- $18.00 per hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750
- $1500/week and above.
Pay is determined by various factors, but not limited to, experience, market location, education, and certifications to name a few.
