Industrial Mechanic - 2nd Shift

education: High School

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment, including meat processing and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Install, align, and set up new equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, diagrams, technical manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, including parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and prevent future malfunctions.
• Perform welding, fabricating, and machining tasks as necessary for equipment repair
