Job Description
As a Web Strategy and Content Specialist (Digital Marketing Specialist) youll be part of the Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. You will focus your efforts on D2C (Direct to Consumer) Digital Marketing Operations working together with a team of campaign builders, traffic and media specialists, SEO and CRO managers, web specialists and insights as well as other D2C stakeholders who are based in Madrid and The Netherlands.

What youll do
Drive continuous improvement on the website, eCommerce and app based on learnings, insights, consumer data leading to a better consumer engagement, conversion and retention.Consulting solutions for major and minor development build items from authoring (from an operations perspective)
Setting up, maintaining and tranfer knowledge to Digital Marketing Support for new web items
AEM setup (e.g page authoring, setup of structure, translations) for major/minor build
Execute roll out (go live runbooks), deployments and aftercare (inc KT to operations)
Gate keeper / Safeguarding of AEM CMS landscape, the UX and content setup and CMS processes
Project management (consult to PM, planning support, activities setup and tracking)
Ad hoc requests, incidents and testing
Your qualifications
5+ years experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (or other corporate CMS) is key and +8yrs experience in digital environment3+ years in a business oriented service organization, 3+ years in a complex, fast moving and demanding environment
High knowledge of the AEM platform, its templates and components
Understanding the business value and context of the AEM platform, and bring that value to the (end)customers and stakeholders
Bring AEM and Project Management knowledge to the Build team / product owners
Excellent in working together with other teams: brand PO, IT, digital operations experts and other stakeholders
Knowledge of the Lean UX / Scrum approach to accelerate projectsAble to deliver the right value, say no and steer on delivering on time
