Receptionist

We are searching for a diligent Receptionist to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, handling incoming calls and greeting guests. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and is crucial in maintaining our company's professional image.

• Manage the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
• Respond to incoming phone calls, redirecting calls as necessary
• Greet and welcome guests with a professional demeanor
• Monitor guest access, ensuring security protocols are adhered to
• Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Ensure that all communications are distributed accurately and efficiently
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings when needed
• Maintain an updated knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Uphold the positive image of the company at all times. • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and parcels, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment like fax machines, photocopiers, etc
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
