• Execute trades as identified by Portfolio Managers
• Record trade confirmation details with high precision
• Input trade data into the investment appraisal system accurately
• Participate in all operational areas, demonstrating adaptability and versatility

• Leverage administrative skills to perform tasks beyond general responsibilities
• Use Microsoft Excel and other tools for data entry and other tasks

• Assist in tasks as needed, showcasing a willingness and cheerful attitude. • Proven experience in a similar role as a Trading Operations Specialist
• Proficiency in data entry with keen attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel
• Strong administrative skills, including organization, multitasking and time management
