Tax Associate
Overview:
Groom Law Group is seeking a tax associate supporting our Plan Sponsor client group on retirement plan compliance matters. Responsibilities:
The associate will primarily support the firm’s Plan Sponsor Group and will be expected to work on qualified plan matters (such as 401(k) and profit-sharing plans, as well as defined benefit plans, and cash balance plans) as well as nonqualified deferred compensation and other executive compensation matters.
Qualifications:
Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates with relevant 3-5 years of qualified retirement plan experience, strong analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply; please send a resume, transcript, and writing sample to recruiting@groom.com.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $215,000 - $385,000. Please note that the offer amount is dependent upon the attorney's class year, relevant experience, and skill set.
