Direct Portfolio Project Manager - Contract - Boston, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Direct Portfolio Project Manager to join a dedicated team focusing on enhancing patient engagement in clinical trials.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is crucial for optimizing recruitment, retention, and overall project management within clinical research. The successful candidate will work on innovative strategies to improve patient involvement and streamline trial processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols, processes, and regulatory best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing patient recruitment and retention strategies.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial records management and compliance (for Record & Retention roles).
• Experience in administrative and coordination tasks in clinical project settings (for Project Management roles).
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to clinical trial operations.

The Director Portfolio Project Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials.
• Lead and manage trial-related projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve trial outcomes.
• Support documentation management and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements (for Record & Retention roles).
• Assist with administrative tasks related to project coordination and execution (for Project Management roles).
