Sr. Financial Analyst

We are in the search for a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a part of our team located in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in influencing strategic decision-making, managing the budget and forecasting process, and contributing to board reporting.
You will be deeply involved in financial modeling and analysis, providing actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop rigorous processes for financial reporting and analyses.
- Prepare comprehensive analyses of company performance and key metrics.
- Create and maintain the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and various financial models.
- Prepare business cases, pricing scenarios, and other analyses as requested by department leaders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and other reports that provide actionable insights across the organization.
- Create presentations and provide support for leadership, board packages, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Translate complex financial analyses to non-financial team members. • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Business Systems
- Proficiency in Confluence is desired
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is advantageous
- Skilled in Data Mining Techniques
- Experience with the 'About Time' software is a plus
- Strong understanding of Accounting Functions
- Prior experience in Auditing is preferred
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential
- Knowledge of Capital Management is advantageous
- Experience with SAAS - Software As A Service is a must-have
- Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
- Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in a senior financial analyst role or similar is preferred.
