Production Associate

Randstad is now hiring for Medical Device Assembler positions in Keene, NH. Since this location will be closing at the end of this year, this is a contract opporunity that provides ample perks such as over time bonuses and a $2800 completion bonus for employees that end in good standing.

Pay: $20-22/hr depending on shift
Schedule:
1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:45pm-11:15pm
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10:45pm-7:00am

Responsibilities- Assemble components in a timely and efficient manor, meeting deadlines such as daily production schedules and line quotas.
- Conduct inspections of components and finished devices to identify defects.
- Properly package finished medical devices according to established procedures.
- Be able to work in a team enviornement as well as on your own.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Ability to handle small, delicate parts with precision.
