Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a creative, organized, and self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to support our customer marketing campaigns across web and social. This role will help stage and publish our customer case studies on the web and help to create social media campaigns featuring customers who are solving some of the world’s largest challenges.

We are seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic person for the position of Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to bring the voice of the customer to our campaigns in creative and innovative ways. Get a front row seat into the behind-the-scenes world of creating customer stories!

The ideal candidate is familiar with Adobe Experience Manager (or a similar CMS) and Adobe Analytics. For case studies, this person is dedicated to managing the build process and focused on growing the volume of case studies and podcasts, publishing a steady stream of customer content.

In this role, you’ll work with the global customer marketing team and stakeholders across the business as well as our customers to publish high-value stories. It will allow this person to learn more about customer written content, video and/or social content, and the AWS style.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer storytelling, detail-oriented with topnotch English grammar and writing skills, enjoys building great online experiences, and can deal with a high level of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities
  • Build experiences to help visitors find and explore AWS customer success content on our marketing website and our social Channels.
  • Stage and publish written customer case studies, video testimonials, and social media content
  • Build, monitor, and report on individual page metrics

Strong preference for this position to be in the Arlington, VA.

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
