Position Summary:
Assists LMS Administrator and Training Managers with daily operations and maintenance of the LMS. Creates, edits and tests e-learning (SCORM) training and competency forms. Builds training courses and prepares them for approval. Assigns training under the direction of the LMS Administrator.Collaborates with Training Managers to roster trainees on document changes in the eQMS. Assists with reports for data located within the LMS. Provides ongoing support importing trainees into various courses as necessary. Manages incorrect due dates, edits training due dates and records.
Creates, edits, and maintains Blood Operations' job codes. Participates in completing test cases and validations for system updates and upgrades.

CompensationThe target salary for this position is $17.00 per hour

CASUAL ROLE: 20 HOURS PER WEEK
Responsibilities:
- Assists with supporting operations of the LMS
- Rosters new hires to initial courses
- Acts as gatekeeper to ensure participants progress appropriately though training
- Builds and revises courses following approval by Blood Operations team
- Collaborates with LMS Admin and team leaders with incorrect due dates, importing and editing training due dates and records
- Develops, revises, and tests eLearning (SCORM)
- Ensures effective functionality of all LMS content
- Troubleshoots various issues with SCORM, trainees, schedules, competencies, and training due dates
- Assists with creating and moving trainees into appropriate job codes
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Education- High School Diploma required/the equivalent required
- Data entry work experience required required
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Requires a general understanding of Versiti's mission and operation. required
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and short written material. required
- Must have basic computer skills and able to transfer data accurately from e-learning (SCORMS) and trainees to T21 courses within LMS. required
- Must be dependable and able to work with minimum supervision after training. required
- Must be able to organize tasks and time to ensure all tasks assigned are completed promptly and accurately on the night assigned. required
- Required Courses and Tests -- Universal Training: cGMP, Customer Service, Discrimination/Sexual Harassment, HIPAA, Introduction to Quality Assurance, HBC Operations Orientation, OSHA Safety Initial and Annual. required
- Additional Training: Other in-service management training as may be assigned. required
