salary: $16 - $17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe or non-compliant activities.
Performs a variety of routine physical labor tasks as assigned. Areas could include Maintenance, Stacking, Kilns, Shipping, Receiving, treating, yard maintenance.
Understand the job assigned and ask questions if uncertain.
Performs cleanup at the end of the day or when the job is completed, including picking up tools, spills and debris, cleaning work areas and performing touch-up work as needed.
Perform Fire Watch duties as needed to support the maintenance team.
May operate a vehicle, forklift or tractor.
Attend all training sessions and safety meetings.
Other duties as directed.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
