Insurance Customer Service Representative - SE or NW Calgary office Location

Position Overview:Successful Insurance is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Customer Service Representative located in our SE calgary office location in Avenida Village or our NW office location in Hawkwood.

Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE):
- General Licensed Team Member
- $48,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives
- Likely OTE of $60,000+
- General and LLQ Licensed Team Member
- $53,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives
- Likely OTE of $70,000+
Responsibilities:
We are located in NW & SE Calgary. There is only one position is available at this time.Join a challenging, fun, profitable, fast
- paced team, while adding a Fortune 500 company to your resume.
- Friday 9am
- 5pm. We respond to customer concerns, billing issues and claims.
After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team.

Requirements:
- Must drive a reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean credit (No oustanding items in collections and no bankruptsy in past 7 years)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- After the initial training period, there is little day-to-day mangement, Hence, you must motivate yourself.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
