Job Summary The candidate will work as an HR Generalist and will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions like recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and performance management.They will also handle payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data while fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Benefits Administration: The process of creating and managing employee benefits programs like health insurance and retirement plans.
- Compliance: Ensures that the company adheres to labor laws and regulations.
- HR Software: Tools used by human resource professionals to manage various HR tasks efficiently.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
