About Our Client

Client is a well recognized commercial construction general contractor with a strong pipeline built out and an increase in Light Industrial work due to a repeat client of theirs. They are a family owned and operated firm and place a strong emphasis on the culture that they've established, placing a focus on their people.

• Manage Project Managers and Superintendents on site
• Manage construction projects from start to close out
• Prepare punch lists
• Management of Field Personnel
• Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
• Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants
• Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
• Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
• Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs

• Experience within the Light Industrial space
• Experience in Ground Up construction
• Experiene with Cold Storage or Tilt Wall preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
