Here's what you'd do:- The Learning Administrator for the client will be responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of annual client Learning and Development events, programs, and projects.
- This role will administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning sessions are created and communicated in a timely manner, team member training records are up to date, and training evaluations are distributed.
- The Learning Administrator will support the marketing and communication campaigns for the region to promote learner engagement.
-This role will also support the Learning and Culture team with all operational and logistical activities.-Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan, leadership programs, and learning campaigns.-Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), which includes creating training sessions, managing training invites, maintaining learner registration, updating employee training records, and distributing evaluations.
-Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.-Compile and develop reports as needed- maintaining accurate training records, analyzing evaluation data, and monitoring costs.-Assist with the creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management System.-Assist with the creation and distribution of a quarterly learning newsletter for all employees.-Support the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.-Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign them to the appropriate team member population.-Distribute learner feedback surveys after each session and follow up with learners to improve the response rate.-Manage the central mailbox for the Learning team and be the first point of contact for all general learning and development inquiries.-Perform other administrative duties as needed.
