Normandy Farms Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position.This is a part-time opportunity located at our beautiful gated community in Blue Bell, PA. The schedule for this position is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 3pm-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-4pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining physical structures of commercial and/or residential buildings, as well as completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.75 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
