We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Business Development Manager (Korean/English) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You must be experienced at initiating new client relationships and expanding market opportunities across the region.

You ideally should have a proven sales track record as well as an ability to consistently build trust with customers and colleagues alike.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Identify and initiate the development of relationships with International industry professionals to generate new business opportunities with global clients looking to build facilities in the United States through cold calling, messaging, and networking.
  • Create and expand ARCO’s footprint and build top of mind awareness
  • Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within specific niche markets or geographic areas
  • Create proposals and capability packages, with the ability to translate between Korean and English speaking clients and in-house associates.
  • Attend trade shows and other associations’ meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the ARCO management team
  • Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
  • Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with ARCO’s marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
  • Travel as needed
  • Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-5 years experience in sales or new business development
  • Familiarity and comfortability with cold calling and lead generation strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with potential executive customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadline
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field (Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Design or Construction Management or related is a plus)
