Director of Operations
The Director of Operations plays an important leadership role to advance the mission of the school and ensuring that the school's financial and administrative services run efficiently and effectively.
Roles of the Director of Operations include providing accurate and timely financial reports, communicating with our bookkeeping firm, managing the annual budget and setting forecast projections, creating streamlined processes for financial reporting, managing basic human resource functions (background checks, compensation agreements), and providing leadership in benefits and insurance needs.
Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience in finance, budgeting, and cash management, and previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be a Catholic in good standing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace products. Familiarity or ability to learn other software such as database management software, Quickbooks, Virtuous, and TADS.
Ability to be autonomous, self-motivated. Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and communications skills.
