Bookkeeper

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Miami, Florida. This role primarily revolves around the staging furniture industry, where you'll be an integral part of our team. The workplace environment is dynamic and fast-paced, where you'll be handling various responsibilities ranging from data entry to account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the processing of 15-20 invoices on a daily basis.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of 15 to 20 payments weekly.
• Oversee the payroll system for a team of 35 individuals.
• Maintain and update account receivables regularly.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks with proficiency using QuickBooks Online.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks effectively.
• Conduct bank reconciliations as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks and other processes.
• Assist in the execution of month-end close procedures.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation
• Skilled in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Strong Bookkeeping skills
• Experience with Data Entry tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Capable of handling Month End Close procedures
• Experience with Payroll management
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
