Now Hiring Industrial Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Duncan, SC
Position Overview: As the Industrial Maintenance Team Leader, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the optimal performance of our industrial equipment. You will be responsible for implementing maintenance strategies, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Supervise and train maintenance employees.
- Evaluate and recommend necessary changes and updates to technical equipment and procedures.
- Plan and follow thru all maintenance activities.
- Ensure that maintenance of equipment preventative maintenance schedules are prepared and adhered to.
- Maintenance supervisor is plays key role in internal escalations.
- Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.
- Special projects as deemed necessary.
- Other duties as needed
