Leadership Development Manager

As the Leadership Development Manager, you will support the various enterprise leadership development courses, manager-in-training programs, and other talent and development related initiatives under the direction of the Chief People Officer (CPO).
This role requires a highly organized, collaborative, customer-service oriented and proactive personality to work across multiple business units. Exceptional communication, prioritization and organizational skills are a must. A passion for teaching and relationship development and skills in public speaking are also essential for success in this role.

This is a fully in-office role located in Portland, OR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage University relationships with staff and students (speaking/coordination of speakers at source schools/universities):
  • Selection and placement of all interns for all business units (this would include Facility interns, HO Interns, Pharmacy summer interns, nursing interns, other):
  • Managing tracking and ROI for intern programs
  • Manage ongoing outreach to interns for return intern opportunities (for those approved)
  • Coordinate, plan and facilitate Peak Pathway programs of Launch and Rise
  • Support the Succession Planning process, development plans and administrative tracking for high potentials in collaboration with the CPO
  • Chair and lead the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging committee and initiatives
  • Oversight of the “Manager-In-Training” programs for all business lines including tracking future leaders and collaborating with the CPO, Ops teams and recruiting.
  • Manage other leadership development programs as assigned.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • A passion for and skill in public speaking and teaching/training.
  • Internal applicants will be given preference for this role.
