Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Cameron Coffee’s financial statements by supporting the Controller in the month end closing process – with an emphasis on the management of the trade accounting process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for:
- Management of the Trade Accounting Process, including:
- Track and maintain a comprehensive database of all commercial agreements.
- Compare customer deductions and invoices against customer agreements to determine their validity.
- Approve customer deductions.
- Processing of Trade invoices through SAP
- Management of denied deductions. If necessary, escalate to the Sales Operations Manager.
- Track and analyze trade spend, monitoring over/underspend by customer. Recommend changes to trade rates. Adjust accruals as necessary.
- Prepare and submit accruals and other journal entries
- Monitor processes, both internal and external to the department, to ensure they are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist Controller with month end close activities
- Assist Controller with internal and external audits
- Other duties, as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of Accounting experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of Trade Accounting experience required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar programs, software applications, and mobile devices
- Proficiency with SAP Software desired
- IFRS knowledge desired
- Bilingual (Spanish) desired
- Strong self-motivation and accountability.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

Compensation details: 100000-120000 Yearly Salary
