Staff Accountant

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and providing valuable insights to our management team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice creation, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring updated employee records and timely payments.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify financial transactions and their accurate recording in our ledgers.
• Prepare financial reports and highlight any discrepancies or areas of concern.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing valuable insights and forecasts to aid decision-making processes.
• Adhere to all company procedures and accounting principles.
• Uphold stringent internal financial controls and implement them when necessary.
• Use accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP for various accounting tasks including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end close. • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations.
• Understanding of General Ledger management.
• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
