• Lead maintenance objectives and preventative plans alongside the property manager to maintain the highest standards
• Help prepare and manage the annual operating budget for maintenance, ensuring work stays within budgeted limits
• Schedule, oversee, and assist in maintenance tasks, including routine repairs, refurbishments, and emergency after-hours work
• Regularly assess completed work, communicate with residents, and make adjustments to maintenance goals as needed
• Monitor vendor contracts and supplier costs to secure the best value for materials
• Foster a positive environment to minimize turnover and enhance resident satisfaction
