Our client in Scottsdale, AZ are seeking a Network Design Engineer to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning network systems, delivering detailed specifications, and creating network architecture schematics.Key Responsibilities:-Design and plan network systems, ensuring the architecture supports current and future business needs, including capacity requirements.-Provide clear, detailed specifications for hardware and software selection, and implement efficient solutions using the best available tools and techniques.-Coordinate with third-party maintenance providers for network equipment and troubleshoot network issues alongside department users and network administrators.-Maintain technical expertise across all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection, including routers, multiplexers, hubs, bridges, and gateways.-Develop creative and innovative solutions to complex, wide-ranging problems, applying established policies and precedents to resolve issues.This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive network knowledge and a problem-solving mindset to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
