Key Responsibilities:
- Member & Referral Management: Track incoming referrals, manage member enrollments/disenrollments, verify eligibility, and update team members with real-time data.
- Data Entry & Advanced Reporting: Maintain and update Excel databases, create charts and graphs, run queries, and manage data reporting to ensure accuracy and organization.
- Program Support: Process tier changes, medical exemptions, and monthly billing tasks, while liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to process improvements, track department metrics, and keep the procedure manual updated, supporting the team’s high standards and community-focused mission.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree preferred, or high school diploma with at least one year of customer service experience.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including database management, creating charts/graphs, and running queries; ready to maintain and expand existing tools.
- Skills: Highly organized with exceptional time-management, multitasking skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- Experience: Previous work in human or social services is a plus but not required. A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to impactful, community-centered work is essential.
