What You'll Do:
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
- Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of a Receptionist include:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
