Help Desk Analyst

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the IT industry, located in Holland, Ohio. The Help Desk Analyst will be a key player in our team, providing technical support and assisting with year-end projects.

• Responding to and resolving tickets from customers in a timely manner
• Providing troubleshooting support for year-end inventory issues
• Utilizing a ticketing system to manage and track customer issues
• Delivering exceptional customer service while resolving client problems
• Handling configuration management and deployment of Mac Computers and Apple Devices
• Using Microsoft and Active Directory tools to solve technical issues
• Troubleshooting both hardware and basic computer issues
• Maintaining and updating service desk tickets and support tickets in the system. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as a Help Desk Analyst
• Proficient in the use and troubleshooting of Mac Computers
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft software and systems
• Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Familiarity with Apple Devices and their associated software
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
• Proven experience in Configuration Management
• Prior experience with software and hardware Deployments
• Ability to perform Basic Troubleshooting for various IT issues
• Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with managing Service Desk Tickets
• Proven ability to handle and resolve Support Tickets
• Experience with a Ticketing System for managing and tracking IT issues.
