Compliance Specialist & CMS Administrator (Hybrid at our Chicago HQ near O'Hare Airport)
Job description:
In this role, you will assist in the development, execution, and evolution of Alliant's Compliance Management System (CMS) with focus on regulatory change management, compliance training administration, reporting, and business continuity activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute department CMS standards and procedures for CMS elements such as regulatory change management, compliance training, policy, process management, and business continuity.
- Support and enhance the regulatory change management process and compliance training administration including ensuring completion of board compliance training.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and produce compliance-related reports, including but not limited to compliance training, regulatory change management metrics, and governance committees.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma - Minimum
- Bachelors Degree - Business, Finance or related - Preferred
Years of Experience:
- 5 years - Compliance or Related - Minimum
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $87,100 - $123,000 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus
