First Choice Homecare Agency is a leading provider of personalized and compassionate in-home care services. We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own home from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companion care services to clients, engaging in conversation, recreational activities, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders, while maintaining the client's dignity and privacy.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying up, laundry, meal preparation, and light errands to ensure a clean and organized living space for the client.
• Accompany clients to doctor's visits and assist with any necessary paperwork or communication.
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and any relevant observations.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in providing in-home care services, companion care, or personal care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish a rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules and work independently.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our clients.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes and accompany them on errands and doctor's visits.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
