Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional looking to make a significant impact in a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow, create budgets, and prepare financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external accountants for audits, tax preparation, and filings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Provide analysis and insights into financial performance and trends to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to financial reporting and payroll.
  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in the technology or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with team members at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience working in tech-focused companies or environments.
  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax regulations.
