Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Assist in the organization of events, including logistics and communications.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the professional services industry is a plus.
