Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the organization of events, including logistics and communications.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
