Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus full benefits
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique mental health needs.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure integrated care and support.
- Maintain comprehensive records to track client progress and treatment efficacy.
- Provide guidance and resources that empower clients in their personal growth.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in clinical counseling.
- Strong communication skills and experience with telehealth platforms.
